We’ve believed from day one since we opened in 2016, that great food starts with simple ingredients, prepared with care.

Every day, in each of our restaurants, our teams cook from scratch using fresh ingredients in kitchens that are open for everyone to see. ❤️

We make our sauces, prepare our ingredients, and cook our food fresh every day. No unnecessary shortcuts. No trying to make food more complicated than it needs to be.

Cooking this way isn’t always the easiest path. It takes more time, more effort, and more care from our teams.

We also know that choosing food isn’t always simple. Convenience, affordability, and time all matter. The food industry is complex, and change doesn’t happen overnight.

But we can all play a part! 🫶🍝

Since 2016 is making its comeback, we thought we would share some snaps from this era at Emilia’s.
This year was a particularly special year for us, as it was the year Emilia’s was born! 🥹

We opened our first restaurant in St. Katharine Docks on the 23rd November 2016, and since then we’ve grown into a collection of 5 pasta restaurants across London! 🍝
