Our hugely successful 'Advanced Sound Techniques for Panto & The Festive Season' training course will run this year on the 10th November.

Far, far more than just another "this is how a mixing desk works" workshop - participant's are taken through every stage of the process from the rehearsal room to setting up a desk in its base state, including the theory, introduction to why both line-by-line and vocally advanced mixing is so important, and what happens when you don't do it.

Hands-on experience is an essential aspect of the course, which includes opportunities to talk informally and in depth with West End show's sound teams.

Held at our purpose-built training rooms, programming suite & sound studio in Brixton, London the course focuses on the practical skills and theory behind best-practice FOH mixing requirements for a busy Christmas show - directly leading to a better sound experience for all.

The students experience all the essential tasks associated with sound operating excellence, from basic mixing theory to working with the latest digital mixing technology.

We have probably never witnessed a more complex, engaging and amazing sounding production with such a relaxed, quietly professional and harmonious team atmosphere. It’s jaw droopingly impressive.

From first audition to final curtain call, FAME follows a group of students as they come-of-age through their shared passion for music, drama and dance. This is a raw journey into the heart of showbiz – where a joyous community of talent and ambition collides with the sacrifice and harsh reality of chasing your dreams.
