New Exhibition: 24 June - 18 July 2026

Erskine, Hall & Coe announce their ninth solo exhibition of new work by Sara Flynn.
Comprising twenty-two works in porcelain, the show marks a significant development in Flynn’s practice. Alongside subtle evolutions of the distinctive forms for which she is celebrated, this selection introduces new and more complex sculptural pieces that feel both ambitious and entirely fresh — extending the expressive and material language she has developed over many years.

Genta Ishizuka: absence, presence 1 - 23 May 2026
Erskine, Hall & Coe announce absence, presence, their third solo exhibition of new work by acclaimed Japanese artist, Genta Ishizuka. The show comprises twenty-one pieces in lacquer and will run until 23 May.
Looking ahead to the exhibition, Ishizuka writes:

"In my studio, I have spent my days immersed in my work, amidst a whirlwind of inner thoughts—my thoughts towards the pieces, my struggles, my deliberations, my frustrations and my understanding of the materials. In London, however, with the distance from my studio, the works feel as though they exist entirely outside of me. This is both an experience of encountering my own work anew and a time to re-examine my perspectives to date."

Celebrating Hans Coper | 8 - 18 April 2026

Erskine, Hall & Coe present an exhibition of works by Hans Coper, opening on 8 April to mark what would have been his 106th birthday.
Celebrating his life and achievements, the exhibition brings together thirteen works dating from the 1950s to the 1970s.

The centrepiece of this exhibition is an exceptionally rare, large-scale monumental bottle vase with disc top dating from circa 1969. This work has remained unseen in public for over forty years.

Other highlights include a black spade from circa 1970, a bowl with semi-abstract design from circa 1955, and a set of four conical cups and saucers made in collaboration with Lucie Rie in the mid-1950s. The exhibition will be on view until 18 April.
