Polite reminder
Please if you would like to reschedule your appointment you can do this through the emails or text links provided with your booking confirmation
We do not take cancellations over the phone
The system knows what time the cut off for cancellations or amendments on each appointment, simple quick and easy through the links.
You can amend your booking up until 3 hours before the appointment time
While I understand that some of you may think it’s unfair not to be able to call just before your appointment, cancel & be offered another appointment.
You can but there are no refunds and we are do not offer appointment rescheduling as per the cancellation policy, our cancellation policy requires the box checking before you can proceed to make your appointment. We have done this to make sure everyone is aware .
Let me explain why we had to adopt this policy
After Covid we could no longer sustain the multiple bookings for one child and 4 appointments spread over 2 days and then parents deciding which appointment, they intended to keep an official secret until they arrive

Another frequent question is yes but it doesn’t happen that often - you would be surprised we can and have had up to 4 calls per day call last minute saying they cannot attend that’s a very big financial loss to a small business and it adds up.
Taking payments and having a cancellation policy has drastically reduced this so this system is a success
While some may think this is unfair - I respond is it fair to take an appointment without attending ?
I have managed to keep the pricing down because using prepay and a fair cancellation policy seems to encourage compliance
Please do not ask for ‘special treatment ‘ it’s not fair to expect a small business to pick up the cost of an appointment that could have been rebooked by another client, if it had been cancelled within the cancellation policy timeframe.
Having spoken to most of the client base everyone I have spoken to thinks this is a fair and protective policy.
