We have such a creative team at Accessories of Old that we thought it was about time we showcased some of their own creations! From upcycled vintage to completely one-of-a-kind pieces, here’s a little inspiration from the people behind the scenes. ✨

✨ Emily
Created these incredible earrings by reimagining our vintage gold-plated pieces. What a masterpiece! They’re currently available via 𝐄𝐫𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 alongside loads of other stunning creations she’s cooked up.

💫 Evelyn
Created this gorgeous chunky charm necklace to wear to a festival abroad. (You might even catch her wearing it in the shop... our resident glam maximalist! ✨) Using one of our vintage chains as a base, she added charms along with bits and bobs found around the shop, giving them a second life.

🎭 Swannee
A multifaceted burlesque performer by night, Swannee created this incredible flapper-inspired headpiece using our Swarovski chains, pearls and reels of chain. Check out The House of Swan to see more of her stunning designs!

⛓️ Swannee
She also created these grunge-inspired charm bracelets using vintage chain, a selection of our charms and a chunky bag charm clasp to finish the look.

🌈 Lucy
Our colour queen! Lucy created this mega charm necklace using a handful of Swarovski pendants. It’s currently for sale at our Parsons Green Depot, but it’s one of a kind, so be quick!

👜 Lisa
Boss lady Lisa designed this one-of-a-kind handbag using stampings from our Trade section, proving that with a little creativity, vintage treasures can become something completely unique.

🎀 Gemma
Gemma got party-ready by embellishing her hat with our vintage feathers, medal brooches and ribbon coquettes, all found in our Trade section.

💖 Emma
Boss lady Lisa’s eldest daughter designs beautiful charm necklaces and occasionally sells them via Emma Frances - Be sure to check out her page for more gorgeous creations like this!

🌟 Alexa
Another Lisa mini-me, Alexa never sits still and is always creating whenever she’s at Accessories of Old! This is one of many necklaces she’s made for herself, proudly wearing AOO wherever she goes.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Accessories of Old Summer Party. From familiar faces to new ones, it was so special to spend the evening surrounded by such an incredible community. 🤍

Thank you to all of the incredible creatives, friends, customers and supporters who joined us. You made the night what it was, and we’re so grateful to every single one of you!!

A special mention, thank you .vranckx for the truly showstopping performance, & for the surprise performance, you’re both insanely talented! 💛✨ A huge thank you as well to our special guest for bringing your infectious energy to the evening, and of course Phillip Salon who’s been with us from the start! 🫶☀️

We couldn’t do what we do without your support, and nights like this remind us just how lucky we are to have such an amazing community around us. We already can’t wait for the next one...

Wimbledon’s best dressed? It’s easier than you think... 🎾✨

With a little DIY, our mini tennis ball charms and key rings can become bag charms, shoe charms, necklace pendants, earrings, water bottle charms... & the list goes on!

How would you style yours? 💚

Sustainable shopping doesn’t always mean buying from an ‘eco’ brand. Sometimes it means buying something that already exists. ♻️✨

We often talk about vintage and deadstock jewellery in terms of style, uniqueness, and quality, but the environmental benefits are just as important. When you buy vintage, you’re extending the life of something that already exists rather than creating demand for new production. No new mining, no new manufacturing, and no additional resources required!

Deadstock pieces are items that were produced but never sold. By giving them a home, you’re helping to reduce waste and make use of materials that have already been made. Choosing vintage or deadstock isn’t about being perfect. It’s simply a small way to shop more consciously and keep beautiful pieces in circulation for longer.

One piece with a story > another mass-produced trend.

✨ What’s your favourite vintage find?

Every now and then, we come across something so special we wish we could keep it for ourselves! ✨

Evelyn came across this amazing pearl set over the weekend and was heartbroken about having to part with it 😭🤍 We all agreed it looked like it was made for her...

The best treasures are always the ones you least expect to find.

Pop in for a browse and see what hidden gems are waiting for you ✨

While sourcing jewellery from the late Joe Soffer’s collection, we stumbled across boxes of old records tucked away alongside the treasures 🎶✨

Turns out he had incredible taste in music too… we can only imagine some of these absolute bangers playing while he created his beautiful pieces.

Sometimes the best part of sourcing is discovering the unexpected things left behind 🤍

10/05/2026

Come with us on a real-time vintage treasure hunt through the Joe Soffer archive we found tucked away in a South West London attic…

We genuinely never know what’s coming next when opening these cases 👀

Watch to see what Jon and Libby discover, from jewellery to unexpected finds along the way…

In her defence… her fingertips were NOT cooperating as well as usual that day 😭

We promise we give everyone a full tutorial before setting you loose on the charms 🤍
