Last week, Angelo Gaja was in London to host the tasting of a lifetime, with wines going back to 1958! A fascinating insight into his own and his predecesors lives, whilst passing the mantle over to his children Giovanni and Gaia. After this exceptional lunch at the , Giovanni hosted a tasting here at launching their new premium cuvées: Barolo Sperss 2019 (98-100 pts) and Barolo Conteisa 2019 (99 pts), which was a huge success. Their first new release in 3 years! These wines are available from this morning.

Time to chill out after two wonderful dinners with The Millemann ladies at Medlar in Chelsea after showing off their fabulous reds from 2020 and Corton Charlemagne 2017. Thanks to everyone who came.it was great fun!
