Short answer: it’s risky 👀

Tampons should be changed every 4–6 hours. If you sleep longer than that, you could be increasing your risk of irritation, leaks, infections — and in rare cases, Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).

That’s why many experts say pads are the safer overnight option, especially if you’re a deep sleeper 💭
