The truth is that Greek coffee is an Arabic coffee originated from Yemen. From there in the 16th century this coffee was introduced to Turkey and Greece that was then under Ottomans’ occupation. Since then, this coffee remains something very special for people’s daily life in Greece.

Terpsi Greek coffee is so unique, because it is freshly roasted and comes from the finest Arabica varieties. It is processed in a way that guarantees an excellent texture, taste and aroma, that can hardly been found in the market today.

Home-made pasta was always a necessary part of the Greek larder. Pasta was made by Greek mamas at the end of the summer and dried, ensuring there was plenty of food throughout the winter.

Terpsi pasta products are made of durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs and milk and contain no preservatives. Thankfully, there are still some few small factories holding on to the tradition of making pure Pasta. This is where our pasta comes from..
