The Summer Reading challenge for years 6 to 10 at City is back!. 25% off when you buy 3 or more titles and those who spend over £20 will receive a £5 book token. Pupils are asked to read four titles to include at least one classic work of 19th century fiction from a list of ten authors. Parents and pupils can click and collect from the shop or we can post out (over the Summer break too).

If a pupil has read most or all of these, the English Department are happy for you to select something from a list for a higher year, but with the caveat that it would be wise to check the book descriptions and make sure that the content is age-appropriate and that you are comfortable with the mater...
