Our latest stock update is here: https://coincraft.com/new-stock-may-2026-part-ii

We're delighted to unveil our newest list, featuring a curated selection of modern silver masterpieces and ancient history to elevate your collecting year.

🌟 Our Star Highlight: 2021 2-Ounce Silver Proof Gothic Crown 👑 Reimagining Queen Victoria’s iconic 1847 masterpiece—a choice original of which could easily cost you £25,000 today—this stunning proof offers the same legendary design in two ounces of pure silver. We have secured a pristine parcel in original Royal Mint packaging.

✨ We are also featuring the William IV Silver Groat, struck only in 1836 and 1837. These 190-year-old sterling silver fourpence coins feature the King’s portrait and a miniature seated Britannia. Available in Fine condition (dates of our choice), they represent a wonderful, short-lived piece of British history.

🏛️ Mithradates IV 57 – 55 BC Silver Drachms Travel back to the turbulent late 1st century BCE. Ruling during a fractured era of dynastic conflict, Mithradates IV fought to maintain the vast Parthian Empire against both nomadic threats and Seleucid influence. Ancient Parthian coinage remains vastly underappreciated, making these historically rich drachms in "Extremely Fine" grade a superb addition.

From modern silver proofs to the ancient world, there's something for every collector. Stock is very limited across the board, so don't miss out!

Banknote of the week: Australia 10 Dollars (2017) P63 Unc Polymer Plastic - https://www.coincraft.com/australia-10-dollars-2017-p63-unc-polymer-plastic

This week, we are highlighting a stunning piece of currency from Down Under that celebrates two of Australia’s greatest literary icons: A.B. "Banjo" Paterson and Dame Mary Jean Gilmore.

The Icons of the Outback:

A.B. "Banjo" Paterson (1864–1941): A legendary journalist and bush poet, Paterson captured the rugged soul of the Australian outback. He penned immortal classics like "Clancy of the Overflow" and "The Man from Snowy River". He is also the mastermind behind "Waltzing Matilda", widely cherished as Australia’s unofficial national anthem.

Dame Mary Jean Gilmore (1865–1962): A trailblazing author, poet, and fearless journalist, Dame Mary used her pen to champion social justice and shine a light on the overlooked complexities of Australian society. Her versatile writings left an indelible mark on the nation's cultural and political landscape.

Together, these two literary giants turn a simple banknote into a pocket-sized gallery of Australian heritage.

A magnificent addition for any collector of world paper money!

This week, we are exploring a fascinating term in numismatics: the "Snick". This refers to a small incision or cut made into the edge of a hammered coin to verify its metal content. Most famously mandated by King Henry I, these official test cuts proved the coin was solid silver all the way through without actually removing any metal—reassuring a sceptical public while preserving the coin's full weight.

Coin of the week: Ghana, Queen Elizabeth II, Coronation (50th Anniversary) Silver Crown - https://coincraft.com/ghana-queen-elizabeth-ii-coronation-50th-anniversary-silver-crown

This is a most unusual Sterling Silver Proof Crown. Not that it honours the 50th anniversary of the Queen’s Coronation, but the country that issued it, the African nation of Ghana. You have a youthful portrait of the Queen on one side and a more mature portrait of the Queen on the other side. The denomination is 500 Sika and it has the Ghana coat of arms on it. Most unusual and if you want something no one else has, then this is it. A very limited number of these coins in stock.
