كتير بنتخض لما نلاقي شعر على المخدة أو في الفرشة! بس هل ده طبيعي؟
طبياً، طبيعي جداً نقسط من 50 لـ 100 شعرة في اليوم. الشعر بيمر بدورة حياة (نمو - راحة - تساقط).
إمتى تقلقى؟
لما تلاقي الشعر بيقع بكتل/خصل كاملة، أو بدأتى تشوفى فراغات واضحة في فروة الراس، أو خط الشعر بدأ يرجع لورا. لو ده بيحصل، يبقى لازم استشارة طبيب عشان نعرف السبب! 🩺
