🏅Thrilled to have been awarded a gold award at the Chelsea in Bloom 2026 with our three shooting Michelin stars at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay 🌟💥📍

Inspired by the Out of This World theme, our installation reimagines the restaurant’s three Michelin stars as celestial bodies streaking toward 69 Royal Hospital Road — guidance and moments of rare magic made floral.

The stars: masses of Don Pedro red carnations with White Moonlight and Moonlight varieties, sculpted on water-soaked moss. The cosmic trails: architectural Rambla red anthuriums, each stem set in a reusable water vial — high-gloss streams against the restaurant’s dramatic black canopy.

Stars are formed through immense pressure and energy. So is exceptional gastronomy — born of discipline, creativity and years of dedication to craft.
