Join us this Saturday for a point-to-point Gravel run with Salomon. A 25km run and Aeroglide 4 GRVL test, running down the canal from Cheshunt Station to Runlimited – Borough Yards. As we head through Hackney, we’ll stop in to Running Late coffee for a regroup, and then run down to Borough Yards where Urban Greens will be waiting with some lunch for after!

Meet @ 9:15am at Cheshunt Station, Windmill Lane, Cheshunt, EN8 9AJ where the Salomon van will be located to drop bags to be taken back to the shop.

Run start: 9:30. Please don’t be late.

Crank the pace and feel the burn with Lactic Laps this Sunday. 

We’ll be jogging 2.5km to Bermondsey Spa Gardens before getting into some 300m intervals with a pace partner. It will be ‘you go, I go’ style, meaning the faster your partner runs, the shorter your recovery!

After a jog back to the shop, coffee and snacks as always.

9:15 meet, 9:30 run starts.

Changing and Bag Drop in-store. Toilets not available at the shop, but located nearby.
