antiquarian book of the week!๐Ÿ“š๐ŸŽ

amongst a stack of victor hugo and hobbesโ€™ leviathan, my favourite antiquarian find this week was actually this illustrated 1930s self help guide to a healthy lifestyle! it goes into much more than nutrition and exercise, featuring sections on dressing sensibly and even regulating emotions. almost a century later, i wonder how much of their advice holds upโ€ฆ.
