First up, trying to finish the gorgeous by 💕
I started this when it first came out as a a CAL which must be nearly 4 and a half years ago and I stopped when I had a baby a few weeks in 🤣
2 babies later…. It’s probably time to get it finished 😬

Indulging in a few more shots of this Bakewell Blanket 💜 The colours on this whirl are top notch. I didn't have enough yarn left to do the bobble border in the pattern... nor a crab stitch border... so I settled with a row of SC! It still makes a nice finish. Off to the Post Office now 😊

Hello friends 👋 and happy new year from Jen and I 💟 There's a small chance that 2022 will see more crochet action from us... you never know 😅 This blanket is already a few months late, but as of today it is FINISHED and that's certainly a step in the right direction. I don't wish to alarm you, but Jen has been seen with a hook out recently too, whilst I've defected to the dark side and been trying to teach myself to knit. Continental knitting? Absolute nightmare 🤯 The plan is to have a fair isle hat done by summer - go big or go home!!

Well that's not a blanket 😆 But it is a finished crochet object and my first ever non-pompom hat item of clothing! It wasn't especially easy, and I've yet to find out if it is functional, but otherwise I'm quite pleased with it. Lovely colour choices, and cahlista yarn is always a delight! What do you think of it - would you brave a crocheted bikini top?! 👙

Hello guys! Long time no see 😆 Thought I'd show you a blanket I've started making *just for fun* so that you can be as shocked as me! You never know, I might even finish it 🤷🏼‍♀️ Waffle stitch - wow 👏 It's the chunkiest squishiest stitch I've come across so far, maybe I'll make everything waffle from now on 🧇 (this was meant to be a stash busting blanket, but I had to buy more of the first blue 😬 and then of course because I was on the website I accidently bought some other yarn too 😂 )
