2026 marks a transformative chapter for our organisation as we evolve to better serve our mission and stakeholders.

New strategic headquarters
We are excited to announce the relocation of our company headquarters. (Founder company Karolina selected and carried out the procedure for moving the company to a new office in February 2026) This new space is designed to foster innovation and accommodate our growing team as we scale our operations.

Leadership & Governance updates
The company has formalised several key appointments to strengthen our corporate governance:

We have successfully transitioned our executive leadership team to include new directors who bring fresh perspectives to our strategic vision.

A new Company Secretary has been appointed to oversee our compliance and administrative excellence.

• Foundational Continuity

We are pleased to clarify the evolving role of our founder, Karolina Marczewska. While stepping away from her former , (3 May 2026) Karolina remains a vital pillar of the company’s board. In her new capacity as - Person with Significant Control, (from June 2020 without end) she continues to provide high-level oversight and guidance. This transition allows Karolina to focus on her core responsibilities the company’s long-term interests without relinquishing her foundational influence.

Black are sometimes seen flying over the Kuyavian- Pomeranian Voivodeship. According to Polish law, all aircraft- including helicopters-must display visible registration numbers and file a registered flight plan.

The military is authorized to take action against drones that pose a threat, including shooting them down.

Likewise, helicopters without proper registration, markings (if they are service helicopters), and a
registration, markings (if they are service helicopters), and a registered flight could be considered a security risk and may be intercepted or escorted by the Polish air military.

Compliance with flight regulations and clear identification are crucial for safety in Polish airspace.

In recent years, the Kuyavian- Pomeranian Voivodeship has seen a remarkable surge in clean energy investments. Bydgoszcz in Kuyavian-Pomeranian in Poland is moving forward!

Our vibrant city is undergoing a true infrastructure revolution - new roundabouts are replacing traditional intersections, making traffic flow smoother and streets safer. This means fewer accidents and cleaner air thanks to reduced idling in traffic jams!

The city also takes pride in its beautiful, well-maintained sidewalks that have stood the test of time, remaining solid and comfortable for pedestrians. A perfect example of how quality and tradition go hand in hand.

May 2nd is a special day dedicated to Poland’s national symbol — the flag! 🎉
Positioned between Labor Day (May 1) and Constitution Day (May 3), it’s part of Poland’s joyful spring celebrations.

Znajduje się pomiędzy Świętem Pracy (1 maja) a Świętem Konstytucji (3 maja) i jest ważnym elementem wiosennych obchodów w Polsce.

Why is our flag so important?
It has two equal horizontal stripes: white on top and red on the bottom. These colors come from Poland’s historic coat of arms — the White Eagle on a red shield. The flag was officially recognized after Poland regained independence in 1919. Polish Flag Day was established in 2004 to remind us of the flag’s value and to strengthen national pride. 🇵🇱💙
