Did you know that it is self care week, right now? Neither did we! We're all about the self care. Today we took some time for self care - a change of scenery, time together and some fresh air.

We fast forwarded to our old age and wandered the garden centre and had a cup of tea together. It was lovely. No talk of work, the children or other people - we just wanted to see what came up.

Richard critiqued the clothing of older people and I tried to work out who in the world has a house and a life where you can have such HUGE indoor Christmas trees and storage for all those gazillions of decorations that go on them.

From now until Sunday 6pm, we've put our A to Z of self care on sale, at £8 instead of £12.

The A to Z of self care encourages fresh air, being outdoors and interestingly - seeing others and making time to be alone. Whilst walking Scout (our dog) today I was struck by how much I enjoy being alone with him, seeing the gorgeous things there are in nature (this isn't my photo - it's from ) and then, being so happy when I see another person walking their dog for a brief hello. I love that it made me think of our A to Z of self care today... What self care have you done for yourself in the last 48 hours???

We're loving the love for our A to Z of revision. I used to love revising - because it meant I could buy ALL THE NEW STATIONERY to plan for it !!!!! I had multi coloured sticky tabs, post it notes, pens, page annotations - you name it, I had it. I loved, loved, loved planning it all. I didn't enjoy the revising *quite* as much but I do think it was made more bearable by surrounding myself with all the lovely stationery in the world to do it with. I still have the yellow pencil with bubble creatures on it, from my own GCSE's - a mere 25 years ago!!!! How did you approach revising? Were you all in? Or did you take a minimalist approach as Richard used to????
