Today's install is at a property maintenance company in Fulham. They're upgrading from an expensive HP Laserjet printer to one of our Ricoh's. Let's take a look at the figures........

They are doing roughly 3,000 colour prints per month.

(HP) Previous cost per colour page: 16p x 3000 prints = £480
Cost of HP machine: £1,080 (3 year warranty)

Previous total running cost:
£510 per month.
£6,120 per year.

(Topserve Subscription Model): £199 per month includes
- The machine
- 4,000 colour and 5,000 black and white print allowance
- Ink, labour, parts and servicing

Present day Topserve running cost:
£199 per month.
£2,640 per year.

Thats a decent saving of £3,840 per year!

Everyone should check how much they spend on ink. Desktop printers are notoriously expensive to run.

They work with hotel brands like Premier Inn and pre make the hotel in their factory. It slots in like Lego when they go to build it on site, saving 50% of the time it takes to build.

This Construction and ground works company who just became a customer of ours. They've take 5 x Ricoh MPC3504 Photocopiers.

They were previous buying inkjet printers online and buying ink. This was costing them between 15p - 20p per colour print.

They do roughly 2000 colour pages per machine per month. Their cost per copy on this machine is now just 5p. That's a 75% saving monthly which equates to around £300 a month and £3600 annually!

They are doing 4000 colour prints per month.

(Brother) Previous cost per colour page: 21.3p x 4000 prints = £852
Cost of Brother machine: £300 per year

Previous total running cost:
£877 per month.
£10,524 per year.

(Topserve Ricoh) New cost per colour page: 5p x 4000 prints = £200
Cost of Topserve Ricoh machine: £1,200 warranted for 5 years = £240 per year

Topserve current cost:
£220 per month.
£2,640 per year.

Thats a monstrous saving of £7,884 per year!
