Want to buy something in London that is:
A. not available to you locally (e.g. rare/limited item, not due for release, differ in specs, not sold in/shipped to your country, sizes/colours/designs not carried by your local shops); or
B. more expensive in your country (e.g. ridiculously marked up by your local shops)? We may help you out by being your proxy shopper. We will buy the item that you want, and ship it to you. Here is how it goes:
1. You tell us the item and the store selling it. Direct online store link would be best.
2. We'll quote you the price:
The item or total items price + our charges* + Shipping/delivery cost from seller to us (if applicable).
* the charges would be 10% of item price (or total price of items), at a minimum charge of £5 per purchase; whichever is higher. Charges may be lower (but no lesser than the minimum of £5 per purchase) if the transaction requires minimal cost/effort on our side (e.g. purely online (no store visit/pick-up), item below 2kg and within hand-carry size, no re-packing required). Tell us what you want and we will quote the charges. If it requires a store visit/pick-up it may take sometime for us to provide the price quote. We will inform you if the item is not within our reach or require additional cost.
3. You pay us the amount above and we will make the purchase.
4. When we have your item, we'll quote the price to ship it to you (shipment type of your choice). As a guide, please refer:

5. You pay us the shipping cost, and we will ship according to whatever your instruction is (e.g. original receipt/tag/box/package removed, wrap it as a gift (at your cost)). We may post to you the original receipt/tag/box/package separately upon request at your cost. Payment
We accept bank transfer and PayPal. Any charges on the payment shall be borne by you. We will not purchase illegal items.
2. We will not be responsible if the item is prohibited from importation to your country.
3. We do not guarantee that the item that you want is cheaper here or not available in your country. It's for you to decide.
4. We do not guarantee the authenticity of the item that you want (especially item sold by reseller). Please conduct your own research.
5. For shipment purposes, we may remove tags, declare as a gift on your request. However, we will not be responsible for insurance issue, infringement of your local custom/import/tax law and we do not guarantee that the sales/import tax in your country will be lesser or exempted.
6. Upon shop purchase or upon receipt (online shop), unless the item is seal-packed and you don't want us to temper with, we will inspect the item (for obvious defect only as we are no expert of your item).
7. If we find obvious defect upon receiving the item (especially for online purchase), we will advise you on the available option i.e. to return or exchange. Any incidental costs shall be borne by you.
8. We shall not be responsible for any defect, especially non-manifest defect of items.
9. Once we have shipped the item to you, there is no return policy. You have to deal directly with the manufacturer or seller (subject to the warranty, if there is any).
10. We shall not be responsible for the item during shipment.
