Get ready! Our 8th Spring Flea is coming on Saturday 9th May 11-3. Expect over 25 stalls featuring vintage, handmade, upcycled, and preloved goodies, along with refreshments, free activities, and exhibitions at the library. And don't forget the repair club- bring along an item of clothing that needs a refresh and let them work their magic! See you there!

Really looking forward to our 8th Spring Flea. Lots of happy memories of this special day each year since 2017. Super lineup ready for you! I'll share more details as we get closer, but you're in for a treat. Free family activities, exhibitions, and readings inside the library as always, and our flea market outside. And this year, the station Car Park is hosting Farmers Market, which is super exciting! Can't wait to see you all on 9th May.

Noticed share this photo last week and had to reshare. 2016 was the fight to save Hale End library from threat of closure. An amazing community led campaign to save it was won and to celebrate, The Highams Park Planning group organised the first Library day in May 2017 .. giving me the job to run something exciting in the car park 🤣. It's always an incredible day of exhibitions and activities and performances inside the library, and our Spring Flea outside.
