Fermoie is a British designer and printer of fine fabrics and accessories. All our fabrics are designed in house, and printed in our factory in Marlborough, England. We print using traditional techniques, creating a subtle impression but with the depth of a woven fabric. Our beautiful fabrics, presented in our colour families of Reds, Yellows, Greens, Blues, and Neutrals are available in hundreds

of carefully edited colours across a selection of hand-drawn patterns. Fabrics are either pure cotton or 100% linen and are suitable for upholstery, drapery, and a range of other interior uses. Fermoie’s co-ordinating range of accessories – including cushions and lampshades – are available to buy online from our website, and are all made in England using Fermoie fabrics. The company was co-founded in 2012 by Tom Helme and Martin Ephson.

A dazzling duo, and a pattern with plenty of movement.⁠

Flame Stitch takes its cue from the traditional needlepoint technique, where repeating vertical stitches form rhythmic peaks and valleys reminiscent of flickering flames. Our Studio has reworked this centuries-old motif by hand, introducing subtle shifts in scale and line that loosen the geometry and give the pattern a distinctly Fermoie character.⁠

Our newly launched Collection is anchored in craftmanship and the natural world, drawing inspiration from a traditional needlepoint technique and tropical honeycomb coral.⁠
⁠
Coral and Flame Stitch have, like every one of our designs, been hand-drawn and made in-house with both available as fabric, wallpaper and cushions.⁠

The large-scale of Shell Grotto perfectly lends itself to wallpaper. The playful decorative shell details sit neatly within the flowing symmetrical naive florals.

We’ve been waiting patiently all month for warmer days here in England and the sun has arrived just in time for Chelsea Flower Show!

With a bank holiday heatwave incoming, the poolside loungers are looking very inviting indeed!

The cushions are made from our Indoor-Outdoor collection in York Stripe, the colour a natural complement to the abundant alliums blooming in gardens across Great Britain.

Our Indoor-Outdoor collection is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles but without PFCs, PFAs and other harmful ‘forever chemicals’. The fabric is water-repellent and resistant to mould and mildew for easy care and long life as well as being UV stable to keep the colour true and vibrant.
