BREATHE & STOP
I’m having a medically-induced break from the ‘She Cave’ for a few weeks. My website will remain open and orders placed from today onwards won’t be shipped until the 11th of May.
I’m happy to take commission enquiries (via DM or email) but won’t be ‘out and about’ properly for a wee while.

Whilst I won’t be doing much making, I will be (and have been) working on some new designs, inspired by my bursary training.

Not going lie, I’m already missing my tools, so I thought I’d share this clip of me with my favourite gouge😂.

REUSE, RECYCLE, REINVENT♻️
Haven’t done a video for ages, so please excuse 😂…
I’m excited to share that I am one of several jewellery makers/artists to be selected for the 3rd ‘Refuse Challenge’ from the amazing .
Each maker has been sent seemingly random items that were destined for landfill. The brief is to create something wonderful and wearable but also worthy of display on a wall!
Thanks so much to Jo and Adele for including me in this fabulous project! As someone that hates waste (I haven’t bought ‘new’ clothes for 6 years), this is right up my alley, but it’s also pushing me out of my comfort zone which is never a bad thing!
Looking forward to some curious play🙃

IMPORTANCE ANNOUNCEMENT
If you're running a creative (or any) business, you're probably facing significant hikes in your overheads. Jewellery makers in particular are currently seeing astronomical rises to their costs, with silver increasing by over 220% in the past 12 months!

I've tried to hold back on raising my prices but as a small business, this is not sustainable. So as of February 8th, prices across my website will be increasing to cover the rise in material costs.

The good news is, you've got a week or so to make a purchase at the existing prices. So if there's something that you've had your eye on for a while, grab it now!

ENTERING 2026
I took this pic at the Leigh Bowery exhibition last year. I was drawn to the colours in my frame, my fit was cute (😂) but mostly the statement made me pause.
Depending on which words you emphasize, it has a slightly different meaning. Which ever way I read it, it seems an apt question for me in 2026. My answer is “Yes”!

I’m saying ‘Yes’ to taking chances, working hard, being soft, working smart, having fun, playful growth, being a good human, being grateful, being brave, being me.
Wishing everyone the grace to ‘let yourself in’ (and out!) this year.✨

CHAIN REACTION
This year I’ve discovered a love of making (and wearing) necklaces - who knew??!?🤷🏾‍♀️
The ‘Cityscape’ necklace is modified, darker version of a piece that I sold in NYC earlier this year. I love the starkness of this one - puts me in mind of a moody London skyline.
Will definitely be experimenting with more ‘neck-oration’ in the New Year.
