Hiya,

First of all, a huge apology for the disruption in service over the summer. It’s been an absolutely crazy season filled with weddings, birthdays, and holidays. I’ve tried to manage work as best as I could, but I know things haven’t been 100%, and I feel awful about that.

From now until Christmas, no further time off will be taken. This week will be a bit of a catch-up week, and by this evening I’ll make sure to check and respond to all messages.
