Creativity in property is everything! That's what makes the money flow toward you.

There is no 'secret' to success.

I spent years looking for one, I even paid thousands to people who said they knew what it was....

But one thing I learned from 23 years in property and business is, there is no secret and the formula for success is actually just boring and rather obvious.

If you take massive action, doing the right things and you're consistently doing that for long enough, then the only outcome is the results you dream about and want so badly.
