1. STOP. Indicates that the group will stop.
2. SLOW DOWN. Indicates that the group will slow down or decrease the intensity of training, the gesture is performed by moving the arm flapping way.
3. OBSTRUCTION. The gesture is performed by moving the forearm in the back and indicates an obstruction on the road.
4. DIRECTION. Indicates the direction that will turn the group, is performed with the left or right hand.
5. OBSTACLES. Indicate any obstacles on the road to be avoided.
