One small thing people overlook. The towel.

If you’re using the same one for your face and body, you’re putting oil, bacteria and old product straight back onto clean skin. That alone can keep breakouts going, especially on melanin-rich skin where marks tend to hang around longer.

It’s simple to fix. Keep a separate towel for your face. Wash it every couple of days. And when you dry your skin, pat it. Rubbing just irritates it and can lead to more marks.
