On Sunday 2nd August it will be my dads 10th anniversary and to mark the anniversary the Sherrard Family will be holding a bonus ball to raise funds for Life After: And if you would like to help us please purchase a number:

Prizes are £100 for the bonus ball and £50 for a number drawn out of a hat by my mum .

Numbers are £10 each and all money raised will be going straight to Life After:

As most of you may be aware Life After was formed after my dad’s passing as there was no support available to assist families bereaved through RTC’s in
Northern Ireland:

Since the formation of Life After we have supported over 300 families with the following services,

Early Intervention
Counselling
Peer support
Home visits
Rememberance services
Craft workshops
Therapy workshops
Advocacy support
Coffee meet ups
Fundays
And Anniversary memorials.

Your support would be greatly appreciated.

One of the best mentors I’ve ever had , past Governor
Alistair Simpson. For 13 years I was the secretary and Alistair was the treasurer of the Browning Parent Club. Thankfully Alistair is still in reasonably good health.

Thick as thieves we were. The best man to tell some yarns 😁

This year it’s my dads 10th anniversary and the 13th anniversary of the formation of Maiden City Regalia.

During the last 13 years my family have had the most fantastic support from the Loyal Orders family when we were at our highs and lows and I know my dad would be extremely proud to see his business is still operating.

As we move forward into the 2026 marching season I look forward to catching up with everyone.
