💜 Sunday Shenanigans 💜
Just the usual chaos over here! 🐶
Indy found an abandoned ball in the woods and it became her best ever toy. It was also the most annoying toy with the noise it made when she squeezed it so that was ‘accidentally disposed of’ when she wasn’t looking. Do not come at me… that girl has more toys than we can count. She won’t miss it. Shes already forgotten about it.
Today she also proved she’s a spoilt brat and 100% impatient. On our walk today she wanted to reach what we call ‘squirrel alley’ quicker than the guy walking in front of us would allow. So she decided to boop his b***y. Continuously. Until he sped up and made it to an area to allow her to pass. It was a narrow path. She’s such an embarrassment… (‘squirrel alley’ is a strip of green space lined with trees and she could spend hours there just chasing squirrels around the trees) When she fails to catch a real one she comes home and throws her toy squirrel around.
Then you have the voids. They seem to have exited summer hibernation. Very involved in all garden activities. Making sure the soil being put in the bedding areas is of the correct PH and they seem to be creating a circle around the area that’s waiting for the new gate - are they summoning a portal? Tis the season for magic after all… Piper and Sq**rt are attempting to mimic Boos patented ‘blep’. Needs more practise 😛
Yesterday was Pipers official Gotcha Day! How has it been a year since she arrived and proceeded to max out my blood pressure? Seriously, I think her surgical recovery was harder on me than it was on her!
But today everyone is happy, healthy, and currently snoozing in their preferred beds. So I guess we can’t ask for more than that 🥰
Sq**rt has her booster vaccination next week. I’d better stock up on her favourite yogurt treats for the ultimate behaviour bribery 😅 If in doubt, bribery works 🐈⬛
