3 rooms are available for rent at the hub as per photos (floor covering will be sorted and rooms will be emptied before renting out, please ignore the items on the photos, just posting to give an idea of size)

Room sizes are approximate

1. 17ft x 9ft
2. 13ft x 11ft
3. 8m x 5m

There are various small independent businesses based at the hub along with a cafe in the main area. The rooms would suit a tattoo artist, nail and beauty technicians, small office etc

Rent starts at £70pw for the smaller rooms and around £110 for the larger room but this needs to be agreed with the landlord

Great for someone just starting up! Feel free to pop in and take a look, message us and we will show you around
