The Wolf Cycles Great Dun Fell Hill Climb is only 11 days away.

On the 6th September we’re holding the hill climb again following a successful event last year.

Entry is via pre entry on the CTT website which closes on Tuesday 1st September so make sure to get entered. The HQ is Long Marton Village Hall and first rider starts at 11am.

The Argon 18 E117 Tri/TT — a serious piece of kit built with one goal in mind: speed. All for under £3000 🖤⚡️

This particular build combines the proven E117 platform with a top-tier Shimano Dura-Ace R9270 Di2 12-speed groupset, giving you lightning-fast electronic shifting and race-ready performance.

The setup includes a 54/40T Dura-Ace crankset, 11–34T cassette and Dura-Ace hydraulic disc brakes, paired with a fast carbon wheel package — a Shimano Ultegra C60 carbon front wheel and Profile Design GMR 60 rear.

Up front, the bike gets a Profile Design carbon Wing 20C+ base bar with ASC Carbon extensions, riser kit and TT stem, giving plenty of adjustability to dial in an aggressive, aerodynamic position. Vittoria Corsa Pro tyres and a Pro TSA 1.2 saddle complete the build.

Time Trial Cancellation!!

Unfortunately we have had to cancel tomorrow nights time trial at Castle Carrock due to road works. The council have been doing surface dressing and although the road will likely be open the surface will be freshly chipped and dangerous to race on.

The plan is to reschedule to mid September. We will confirm as soon as it’s decided.

The next round of the Eden Valley TT league is being held on Wednesday 22nd July and comes in the form of a 2up time trial organised by Rock 2 Roll. The event is going to be a two lap ride of the Castle Carrock circuit after being moved from Calthwaite due to continued road works.

If anyone doesn’t have a partner to ride with then please let us know and we can do our best to pair people together. It is also fine to ride on your own, however we ideally want people to ride in pairs.
