Did you know that the scallop shell is used as a symbol of direction? It’s said that the lines represent the different routes traveled by pilgrims from around the World, which all lead to one point, the tomb of Saint James in Santiago de Compostela. I’m proud to say that my silver scallop shells have embarked on many pilgrimages over the years 🙏🏻
