Armageddon is a blasted wasteland after decades of unending war. Never a beautiful place, it's now a burned-out shadow of itself. Bands of warriors clash among the wreckage, creeping forward under the cover of broken buildings and the rusting detritus of industry.

A Full Combat Patrol Battlefield

This boxed set gives you a full game board, card terrain footprints, and 15 pieces of modular push-fit Battlefield Armageddon terrain pieces. It's enough for a full game of Combat Patrol with plenty of cover to make for a thrilling, dynamic battle among the rubble.

+++Summer campaign; War for Armageddon!!+++

In the Dreadlands of Armageddon an Ork Dakkarig from the Goff Ork clan has captured the power supply to an underground bunker!

Can you defeat this lone Dakkarig in a single turn?

Bring in a single unit of up to 175 points anytime between 11am and 2pm on Fridays or Sundays and see if you can!

Will it be a victory for the Imperium? Or maybe the Necrons? or the Tyranids or maybe even a rival Ork clan?

Which ever side is victorious will earn 2 points towards the Summer campaign; War for Armageddon!

A big thank you to all who came last night, it was lots of fun and some great looking metallic painting was on show from everyone!

Next week I will be demonstrating how to apply transfers to miniatures and there will be models and transfers avaliable for all to have a go and practice on!

As ever I will be on hand to give any hobby help and support you may ask for.

Just a reminder folks that tonight we'll be taking a look at using metallic paints, learning some quick and simple techniques and showcasing some really cool weathering effects including rust and oxidisation!

Hello all

Many thanks from me to all of those who came to tonight's zenithal highlighting tutorial it was very well attended and lots of fun! Some great looking models were painted in no time at all!

And my thanks to all those who helped make sure that everyone got to have a go and an equal amount of time, a really awesome evening all round!

Next week's 5pm to 7pm event will be learning to paint with metallic paints and a look at some cool weathering effects you can apply to them.

Hello all

The coming months theme for our monthly painting challenge is;

Tooth, tusk, fang, hoof, claw and fur.

Plenty for everyone to come up with some fantastic schemes and ideas!

As always entries must be a single fully painted and based model of any size with kit bashing and conversion welcome.

Please bring your models into store to be photographed no later than 3pm Thursday 27th August.

So lots of time to plan and paint! I look forward to seeing your finished miniatures!
