You may have noticed some new sweet treats on the counter recently.

We are delighted to welcome Sutton Bonington based baker Jo from Pretty Little Bakes to the Gallery 119 family.

Jo will be providing us with some delicious homemade cakes and traybakes and we are really excited to share them with you.

But don’t worry — we’re still serving some of the favourites you know and love from our existing supplier too.

We’re always keen to support talented local businesses, and we’re especially pleased to be able to showcase two great bakers under one roof.

Pop in, grab a coffee and see what’s on the counter this week.

Over the next few months you may notice some new faces behind the counter of Gallery 119.

We are delighted to be welcoming some new team members to the family and during this time we politely ask all of our lovely customers for their patience while they learn the ropes.

There will always be our usual warm friendly welcome, things may just be a little slower while they navigate their new environment.

But working alongside our current brilliant team, they will be up to speed in no time.

Thank you so much for your continued support, we really do appreciate it and never take it for granted.

🇸🇪 🇳🇴 A N T I K S 🇳🇴 🇸🇪 🇩🇰

Apologies for our social media being a little quiet over the past couple of weeks, but some of the Gallery 119 team have been away on a well earned break exploring Scandinavia.

It doesn’t matter if it’s Denmark, Sweden or Norway antiques are never far from our mind. It’s just a shame we don’t have more room in our suitcases.

Looking forward to catching up with everyone back in Sutton Bonington very soon.

F R I D A Y

Once again, due the continuously hot weather, we shall be closing at 3pm.

Thanks for your patience and support during these exceptionally hot days. As always it really is appreciated.

You may also see some road closed signs as you enter the village. There are resurfacing works on College Road, so please follow the diversion signs if coming from that direction. You can still get all the way to us from the Park Lane end of the village.

Thank you.

☀️ H O T • H O T • H O T ☀️

Due to the very high temperatures forecast for today and Thursday, we have taken the decision to close at 3pm.

We will of course be open as usual from 9am serving hot and cold drinks, ice creams and bakes.

Our team members have worked brilliantly all summer in very hot conditions and once again we thank our customers for their support and patience.

Stay hydrated and keep cool!

Well, once you’ve purchased 10 hot drinks at Gallery 119 you can have a free one of your choice.
