Our September pottery events are BOTH making highland cows! We absolutely love this popular make and you can make your very own highland cow sculpture at our next two pottery at the pub events 🍻

September 8th at 7-9pm at The Unicorn Hotel Nottingham

September 23rd at 6.30-8.30pm at The Milking Parlor Ashby-de-la-Zouch

We're excited to be back at these venues and hope to see you there for an evening of beer and clay!

Ever wanted to make your own butter dish? 🧈

On our September handbuilding course we are looking at the slab method to create our own handmade ceramic butter dishes! We are also making many more homeware pieces but we think this is our personal favorite!

New kids clay kits! 👀

We have new make at home clay kits for this summer only. Make your own sausage dog or get creative with a more general clay kit where you can let your imagination run wild!

Each kit includes instructions/ inspiration sheets, tools and a paint brush for creating and the clay. The sausage dog had terracotta clay to allow the dogs to dry a brown colour and the general clay kit has buff clay to allow the pieces to dry pale grey, allowing for a blank canvas to paint onto if you wish.

Our studio is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am-3pm every week and supplies are limited.

Ever wanted to make your own butter dish?
This and many more makes are what we are looking at on our next handbuilding course!

Running for five weeks from September 10th at either 10am-12 noon or 7-9pm we will be using the pinch, coil and slab methods as well as dip glazing to make some homeware pieces. A fully guided beginner course creating a butter dish, wax melt burner, mugs and a candle stick holder 🩷
