❤️ A Little Appeal for Handmade Hearts ❤️

We’re reaching out to ask for your help with a special project to support children and their siblings during difficult times. 💕

The idea behind these beautiful little hearts is to give a Rainbows child and their sibling a shared keepsake that they can each treasure. The two hearts are joined together with a piece of wool, symbolising their special bond. When the siblings feel ready, the wool can be removed, allowing them to keep their own heart while always sharing that special connection. ❤️

We would love to make this keepsake available to children who have more than one sibling, too. We’re therefore appealing for a small number of sets containing three or four hearts, so that every sibling can be included.

🧶 Each heart measures approximately 7cm x 7cm.

🗓️ Our deadline is the end of November, so we would be incredibly grateful for any hearts made donated by then.

If you enjoy knitting or crocheting and would like to help us make a difference, we would love to hear from you. Every heart will help create a meaningful keepsake filled with love, comfort and connection. 💗

Please get in touch if you can help, and share this post to help us spread the word.

Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity and support. Together, we can help create something truly special. ❤️
