Wow! What a day 😅Thank you everyone that came by for our fill-a-tote day today ⭐️ A Moral Of The Story book sales record was definitely beat 🔥
Massive thanks to the team Emma Jane Caswell & Guitar Doctor ❤️❤️❤️
We will be closed this coming Tuesday for a well needed shelf tidy and stock take, but for now I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter 🐣

A short summary of this message- stop fu***ng stealing 😊
If you feel you cannot afford a book- please take a look at our 'pay what you can' shelf and free books box.
If you are stealing for the kicks, might I recommend targeting the greedy corporate billionaires of the world; not a small, single employee, independent, high street bookshop.
If you wouldn't take food directly out of my children's mouths, don't take items from the shop without paying for them- for they are the same thing.
Stealing from the shop not only affects us financially, but messes with the inventory- causing me more work... which in itself is unforgivable (I'm tired peeps)

In short- theft is not tolerated.

Thank you to the fabulous customers who do pay :)
