The cupcake rule worth remembering 🧁

For a lovely even rise and that classic cupcake shape, aim to fill your cases around two-thirds full.

Too little batter and your cupcakes can sit low in the cases. Too much and you risk them spilling over the top before they've had a chance to bake properly.

It's such a simple thing, but it can make a big difference.
