Original alcohol ink paintings for my Harry Potter mad daughter, framed and hung on her Hufflepuff walls. They represent the three unforgivable curses, the imperius curse (blue swirling mist), the cruciatus curse (red spiralling pain) and the killing curse (green rushing light).

Not all resin is created equal. The designing and casting part is actually pretty quick, it's the bits that come after which take time but make the real difference. 118 initial keyrings sanded to take off the sharp edges and corners, domed on front and back, eye pins glued in with UV resin then connected to flat keyrings to prevent clothes and fingers getting caught on the sharp metal ends. Ready to be displayed on backing cards ready for gifting.

Fridge magnets made using high quality neodymium magnets attached with UV resin then domed on the back to make sure there is no chance of those little magnets coming off and ending up somewhere they shouldn't!

It makes me sad when I see other resin items for sale for a similar price that aren't finished with the same care. These are all destined for a school fair I'll be attending in June ☀️

The thing I love most about making things is the infinite scope and variety. Watercolours one day, Christmas trees and baubles the next, followed by resin keyrings and keepsakes. Creativity is never, ever boring! These keyrings are just a few of the latest designs for a school summer fair I'm looking forward to, it'll be here in the blink of an eye ☀️

The snowy weather of the last few days has made me feel quite Christmassy! As I'm starting to plan for Christmas 2023 already, I thought I'd share some of my favourite baubles. I'll be making some beautiful new colours with accents in gold, silver, rose gold or copper. Can't wait!
