Date Friday 14th August Duration: 2 hrs 7-9pm

Format of the Evening:

Introduction by Kerry Witt with a sparkling fruit cordial

Chocolate tasting of the ingredients being used

Demo on how to make chocolate truffles

Work in pairs to make your own chocolate truffles

Three boxes each containing 9 epic truffles made by you !

These beans have harvested and fermented and next step is to be left to dry. Isn’t this fascinating,all the stages the cacao beans gave to go through before a bar of chocolate is made .
