I have been riding and racing bikes all my life. Racing locally and all over the North West for Preston Wheelers in 10, 25, 50, 100 mile TT's and winning the Team Trophy in the good old Lancashire Road Club NLTTA 12hour TT. I have also competed at all triathlon distances with an Ironman PB of 10hrs 45mins. I have been building wheels for many years now and I am proud to build all the wheels for Pr

acticalcycles.com along with other cycle mechanic work. I build all types of wheels ranging from specialist hub geared wheels to modern lightweight racing wheels. I trained many years ago with Alf Webb at the The Bike Inn down in Lincolnshire out in the wilds of the Fenns.
