Sometimes self-care isn’t a big spa day or a weekend away. 🌻

One of the little things I do for myself is always having fresh flowers around the house. This week it’s sunflowers, and every time I walk past them, they make me smile. It’s such a small thing, but it genuinely lifts my mood.

It’s a reminder that self-care doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated—it can be as simple as bringing a little bit of joy into your everyday.

Today I sent out a parcel for a lady who ordered 100 Days Of Positive Affirmations for her older child and 50 Days Of Positive Affirmations for her younger child. 🌼
