What a beautiful day! Great for drying out new tie dye creations 😊
These were school t shirts donated to the school uniform shop, but we're a bit worse for wear. So instead I brought them home, turned them into vests and the girls went crazy with the dye. They now have new vests to wear!

Another Monday, more scrunchies being made 🤣 who knew making 25 scrunchies could take so long!!
For these scrunchies I've used fabric that has been in my stash for ages, given to me as wasn't needed anymore. It's been great to find a use for it rather than it making its way to the bin.

Shoes! So for nearly everything we wear, we get second hand or hand me downs with the one exception of shoes. Getting the right fit is soooo important, especially for growing feet. There's nothing better than seeing the kids run, jump and climb in shoes that allow their feet to move how they are meant to.
Thanks to for making barefoot shoes more affordable!! Bug loves these shiny ones so much, and from day one says they are very comfortable with no bits that are rubbing!
Added bonus is that they donate repaired shoes to and are a small company making them more sustainable 😊😊

From much loved and very battered dress that was beyond saving for Bea to scrunchies 😊 Bug wore this dress EVERYWHERE!!

Happy New Year!!

As the party kit isn't as loved as I'd hoped it to be and we're all living through the cost of living issues....

Back to school week. How has it gone for everyone?
Bea has started at pre-school so had to think about naming everything. I'm loving that Bug's stickers are all on what she is taking 🤣. She's a true hand me down kid and at the moment loves that she gets to use her big sisters stuff!
Shows that labelling everything helped too so that instead of being lost I have it years later!

All set up for another party over the weekend 😄😄
A single party can produce soooooo much waste! By using the kit you can reduce the amount of items wasted by 100, more if you include the cutlery!
If you compost the food waste as well then your looking at a party with barely any waste!!

What was once an old duvet and nappies with broken elastics, velcro or pul is now a really comfy cushion for outside, that isn't scared of a little rain (I am up north after all!!)

😄😄😄 I'm very proud of this one!!!

Plus they will be a lasting memory of my babies cloth bums! 🤣🤣

Thanks to for the zippers, the only thing I needed to buy.

Happy birthday to Bea 😃
We got to use the kit ourselves yesterday for a family BBQ. Had so much fun catching up with family this is the only picture I took 🙈🙈 . I'm glad I put my phone down and enjoyed it but maybe a couple of pictures would have been nice 🤣
