We will -later today in the shed - have 2 pairs of heavier weight (DK) Hose in stock. Intended for kilt hose BUT they would be good heavier weight socks to wear with your boots in the cooler weather. They are wool mix and I know they are hard wearing & can be wool washed in the machine 😉
The blue with the diced cuff are 11 shoe & 20" legs - tall person
The grey are 7 shoe with 18" legs (from floor to cuff turnover)

A Jayne's Jacket back in stock. This time knitted using Jamieson & Smith Shetland Wool Brokers Fluggie White aran weight 100% wool lovely & soft and cosy. The waist is neat and the body is 'roomy' 😉. Larger size. It will be available from The Shed tomorrow, if you are interested message me and we can discuss. 🌈☀💕

A comment from a visitor recently, did I not have any fingerless gloves left ? So thought I better start to replace the stock, The needles are out and they are on their way. At the moment they will be in DK thickness same wool as the various hats. Hopfullly I'll have some ready when the cooler weather comes.
If you are interested message me and I'll keep you posted as I go along. (This picture is examples of the ones which are all sold 😀 no wonder the lady was surprised I've been too busy knitting hats.) 😀🌈☀💕

A change in the weather ?? if you are feeling a bit chilly today Call into The Shed there are various jackets, gillets, waistcoats available. The gate is open but if you prefer ring the house door bell first 🌈☀💕

A Good Morning Heads Up to us all. I have just had an enquiry from a customer regarding a wee kilt for an Autumn wedding. 💕🔔💕🔔
Wee kilts 0 to 5 years, the ones pictured, I have in stock but I've attached a list of other tartans available. Also posted a picture of kilt hose which we knit too. If this is something you will be interested in later this year please get in touch and we can discuss.
Time moves on very quickly 💕😂 The length of the 5 year old kilts is approx 15" 38cm from waist.

In due course this Gigha pattern Sweater will be on its way to Australia - yes they do have cooler weather there - Knitted using Jamieson & Smith Shetland Wool Brokers 5 ply wool first time we have used this ply - was interesting to knit lol - The top picture was taken outside and the other in the shed out of the sun interesting colour change. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇺
