Our garden centre was started in 1995 by William Montgomery supplying customers all over Northern Ireland and further afield. At Montgomery Nurseries & Garden Centre, we pride ourselves in our excellent quality and service. Our garden centre is spacious and well stocked, with everything you will ever need to make your garden beautiful

. With the addition of our in house florist we can create funeral tributes, amazing bouquets, corsage bracelets, button holes etc. Our Farm Shop is packed full of fresh fruit, veg, eggs, milk & meat which are available daily. Based in Maghera we are located just off the main A29 Coleraine Road, 2 miles from Maghera town centre, 40 miles from Belfast and 35 miles from Derry/Londonderry. We have everything you need for your garden, including an extensive range of plants, shrubs, seeds and trees. Product ranges stocked include Mr Fothergills Seeds, Woodlodge pots, Kapiteyn bulbs, Halls Greenhouses, Growmoor Better Growing compost. We have a large stockist of the Doff fertilizer range and Rootgrow. We have an extensive range of floral sundries in stock including foam, wires, silk flowers and bows etc at very competitive prices.

We’re delighted to welcome National Teacher James Burnside for an 8-week Flower Arranging Course at Curragh Hall.

Our potted apple trees may only be a few years old, but they’re certainly proving themselves this year! 😍

Despite the warmer and drier conditions, they’re absolutely loaded with a bumper crop of apples. 🍏🍎

It’s always brilliant to see young fruit trees settling in and producing such a fantastic harvest — just imagine what they’ll be like in a few more years! 🌿
