Yesterday we were delighted to have been invited to Maidenhead & District Stroke Club's fabulous Christmas party at Cox Green Community Centre. It was a truly joyous event - with lots of giggles (and a couple of local and national politicians thrown in). 'Our Michelle' has been crafting with this group regularly over the last year or so - what a lovely lot! It really felt like Christmas had begun! Thank you!

This year's entry to Christmas Tree Festival is a celebration of all things pompom and recycled yarn - so simple yet effective. 🎄 A huge thanks goes out to Michelle Ann Johnson, the wonderful Our Maidenhead craft team and many other groups across Maidenhead who have helped with making the pompoms. Even better, the pompoms will be donated aferwards to Thames Valley Adventure Playground's Christmas party snowball fight ❄️

It's our favourite time of year and all of our shops are busy with their community giving activities.
- In Bracknell, we are working with Home-Start Bracknell Forest to collect books and pyjamas for children, whilst taking donations for young adult care-leavers through the support of Bracknell Forest Council.
- In Camberley, the team is working with Rotary Club of Camberley for their Christmas hamper collection.
- In High Wycombe, we are supporting Wycombe Women's Aid Limited with general gifts.
- In Maidenhead, we have a big target of nearly 500 gifts to find for our old favourite charity partner The Brett Foundation(!)
- In Windsor, we are supporting The Baby Bank with their pyjama/book and selection box gift bags, or donations for (DASH) towards video doorbells and other safety equipment.

Happy 4th birthday to our Camberley shop! Caroline, Keren and the team of Coopers work really hard to offer such a lovely shop full of locally made goodies, community space for Mini Coopers' kids activities and workshops, plus are really supportive of local charities and organisations - from the 'Why I love where I live Surrey Heath competitions to working with HEART Charity and Rotary Club of Camberley to name a few! A huge thanks also goes to The Square Camberley, Love Camberley and for their support over the years.

Today is National Chocolate Day - and here's one of our favourite local brands Arthouse Unlimited. Not only is their chocolate totally yummy, Arthouse Unlimited is a charity that represents a collective of artists with complex neuro-diverse and physical support needs. The artists work alongside instructors to create artworks which are developed into designer products for sale. This packaging is bright, cheery, fun and makes for a lovely gift!
