Making snacks from scratch can reduce mindless eating and give much more energy for our active lives. They are veggie recipes without sugars using a wide range of ingredients that are good for your whole body as well as the gut and we will tell you why if you don't already know 🧠

On the menu we will attempt in 2 hours to make ( & eat) the world's simplest breads and crackers, different hummus, Quinoa salad and energy balls as well as trying some teas, with lots of tips and tricks for making ingredients easier to digest and more tasty 👩‍🍳

On Saturday 21st February at 11am, Norden Farm is running a relaxed half term screening of Kensuke's Kingdom for just £6 with code FILM6

It tells the epic adventure of a young boy who washes up on a remote island after a storm sweeps him and his dog, Stella, overboard during a sailing trip. He is confronted by a mysterious Japanese man called Kensuke, and when dangerous invaders appear on the horizon, the pair join together to save the fragile island paradise.

Kensuke's Kingdom is a film about our responsibility to other people and all the creatures we are marooned with on this little island called Earth 🌎

We're open in our new old shop! 🥹✨️

It was wonderful welcoming .reynolds.mp to Filling Good this morning as well as many of our fabulous volunteers and customers.

The new shop looks absolutely incredible and we'd love to once again thank everyone who helped us make it happen.

We'll be open for the rest of the day so come check us out, or if not we hope to see you very very soon 💕
