We had the insideKENT Magazine team join us for one of our chocolate workshops and tasting… and they wrote about it in this month’s Arts Issue.

Honestly, it’s always a bit surreal seeing what we do on paper like this. From bean to bar, from tempering to tasting — they experienced the full process with us.

We’re proud to share that N2 Sweet Lab has been awarded Runner Up – MaidFest Favourite Business Award 2026 🎉

A big thank you to OneMaidstone for organising such a great event and supporting local businesses.

This actually happened last week at Mumus Restaurant, Cocktail Bar & Nightclub— thank you for the warm hospitality.

We finally found a moment to sit down and share it properly.

Most importantly — thank you to everyone who voted for us and continues to support what we do. Every visit, every order, every recommendation matters more than you think.

Distance didn’t stop this one.
Almost 5,000 miles apart…
but still finding a way to surprise, to connect, to show love in a real way.
We were trusted to bring that moment to life —
a cake, beautiful cupcakes, and flowers that said everything that couldn’t be said in person.
This is why we do what we do.
Not just to make desserts, but to create memories people hold onto.
Big thank you to Vinetta Flower Gallery for the incredible bouquet — it completed the whole story perfectly.
Because sometimes the smallest surprises carry the biggest meaning.

Celebrating Maidstone Town Centre.

We’ve just come back from being part of something big — and honestly, it pushed us in the best way.

At Living Land, N2 Sweet Lab stepped out of the kitchen and into education. We spent the day with over 2,500 kids, breaking down what cacao really is and how chocolate is actually made — from fermentation, roasting, and conching, all the way to tempering.

We didn’t just talk. We explored.

We smelled fermented vs roasted beans.
We showed how roasting transforms aroma and flavour.
We challenged what people think chocolate tastes like.

And here’s what stood out — a lot of the kids were genuinely curious. Not just polite, but properly engaged. Some were surprised by real cacao. Some loved it. Some didn’t. And that’s exactly the point.

It was intense, loud, a bit chaotic — but worth it.

Big respect to the organisers Kent County Show or putting this together and creating a space where businesses can actually connect with the next generation in a meaningful way.
