How to order a bead sprite item from us, steps are as follows

1: Place an order with a design by leaving a PM

2: I shall lay the bead out onto the pegboard and ask if you are happy for me to proceed to the melting process if you are not happy you may have a refund of your deposit if one was placed, if you are happy I shall request payment by paypal using a paypal invoice, once payment is receiv

ed I melt the item in place

3: Item shall be then sent asap first class to you, usually sent next business day unless a situation keeps me from doing so

Missing Parcels

We're aware that sometimes your items may go missing via Royal Mail, which we have no control over. Royal Mail wait 15 working days to declare a package lost, we will send you a replacement if you haven't received it after 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK, 28 WORKING DAYS for the EU to make sure you go through minimum inconvenience. (Subject to completion of a lost parcel form!)

FAQ's

Do you take commissions: Yes, any items worth over £20/24euro/$31 will need a deposit to be paid up front

How do you order a commission piece: You send me an inbox message with your order, if you do not have an image I shall try to find a suitable image that you are happy with, if you are happy to proceed I would then lay the item in place on the pegboard, once the item is in place I send you a message with the item pictured and a quote for how much the item is worth, if you have paid a deposit and are not happy with the item I shall refund your deposit, if you are happy I would then take your paypal e-mail and send you an invoice and once payment is received I then melt the item in place, take your address details and send the item to you next business day

Do you ship to the US: Yes I ship worldwide but as I live in the UK the price of postage maybe a little high but I shall always make sure to get an accurate quote for postage payment and charge a very small packaging fee
