This beautiful wedding was a first for me, Michelle picked the flowers herself from a local flower farm. Then brought them to me, I carefully created a natural style bouquet for herself, her bridesmaid and flower girl, along with the gents buttonholes.
I didn’t know until the day before the wedding what the flowers were or how many I had to play with ( I must admit to a few sleepless nights about this, I like to be in total control for someone’s wedding flowers).
The weather was hot and flowers need to be picked at the crack of dawn to get them at their best, placed in water and delivered in a cool vehicle all as soon as humanly possible . My anxiety was high!
But we managed it all. And the end result was truly magical.
… would I do it again, ask me next year🥳.






And yes, of course I would do it again 🌻

I love making flower designs for families as they say, Until we meet again.
This tribute was a beautiful one to make because it was for my oldest friends mum. We became friends when we were 11. We spent many hours at her house talking about make-up, boys, music, cloths etc. Her mum was so kind to me and always made me feel welcome, ( I did spend a lot of time there).
So to make the flowers for her was the most beautiful honour.
We discussed what she would have liked and how gentle, relaxed and natural it should be.
It was a pleasure to be with my oldest friend and her family to listen to all the stories and history of a wonderful lady who will be hugely missed.

Gentlemen’s casket spray, who served in the Royal Air Force. Beautiful Red Roses, Long stemmed Blue Delphiniums and Delicate Ivory Spray Roses were used along with other flowers to fill this 4 foot casket spray.

6’2” of total loveliness was created for a gentleman who was laid to rest next to his wife.
The casket spray had to be filled to the max with colour as his beloved wife loved bright happy flowers that brightened up any day.
This spray was a total joy to make, I chatted to the daughter about what she wanted and she explained they were now together and it needs to be perfect for both her Mum and Dad.
Three types of Roses were used, along with Delphinium, Sunflowers, Chrysanthemums, and other flowers.

What a privilege it is to make your last gift you can give to your loved one.
