I’ll be attending Orpington Alternative Market on 4th October, which will be my final event as Moonmist Emporium. After much thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to close the business and bring this chapter to an end.
This hasn’t been an easy decision. After many years, my mental health, the rising cost of living, and a loss of the creativity and energy I need to continue have all played a part. While I’m incredibly sad to say goodbye, I also feel deeply grateful for everything Moonmist Emporium has given me over the years.
To every single customer who has supported me throughout the past decade — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Whether you bought something, stopped for a chat, shared my work, recommended me to someone, or simply followed along, you have helped make this journey so special. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you. 🖤
And to my fellow traders: you are some of the most wonderful, kind and supportive people I’ve had the privilege of meeting. The friendships, laughs, conversations and memories we’ve shared over the years mean more to me than I can put into words. I love you all dearly, and I’ll always be grateful for the community we’ve built together. ❤️
